Vladimir Ovechkin is a creative person indeed: an artist, a poet and a creative director of the Formalab Company - an all-arounder. His style is very original and can be referred to Pop art. The main feature of Vladimir's art is an ironical view on the reality, as well as journey impressions and memories in which he finds his inspiration.
Vladimir was born on 28 April, 1961 in Rostov-on-Don.
In 1983 he graduated from the Rostov Institute of Civil Engineering.
In his native town he is more known as a rock musician and author of such music projects as Pavlin-Mavlin, Koroli i Kapusta, Abonent-09. Vladimir also formed a band Lusia Syela Dimu, in which he is a band leader.
In 2004 Vladimir took to art.
