	“Picture-Oil” Master-class On March, 24th at 14:30 a well-known Moscow artist Vera Elnitskaya will give a master-class of drawing in the oil painting technique. The Master-class will start at 14:30, and will show the process of drawing a picture from the beginning till the end. The audience of spectators settled behind the artist, can trace all phases of birth of work of art. Other well-known artists Elena Skorik, Michael Suharev, Kerop Sogomonjan will also take an active part in the master-class.
